I am no longer accepting any commissions for hats that I sale at conventions. This may change in the future, but for now I won't be taking them, period. I'm extremely burnt out on doing them and I would like for them to be strictly for the conventions that I attend.

There are several reasons for this change. One being that I have a pile of on my to-do list that I've put off far too long and this aggravates me to no end. Having stuff that I no longer have an interest in doing is making me not want to sew period and that's hurting the things that I NEED to get done as well as things I want to get done to put in my Etsy shop. I also want more commissions for original items which I will gladly take commissions for. I'm also strapped for time now that I have a fulltime job on top of going back to college next semester. My time will be very limited and constantly doing the same thing over and over is not something I want to waste my free time on.

What does this mean for my hats exactly? I'm still going to make them, however they will be limited to con sales only. HOWEVER there have been a few people who have "harrassed" me (I use the term lovingly to those who know who you are) to make certain character hats that I will gladly sell to outside of a convention. I'm thinking specifically of the Totoro hat and Jan hat *cough*~mlrocketand~lillian-clair*cough*). I will also start taking orders AT the conventions with free shipping on anything I run out of.

I know I'm still going to get notes with orders, but anything on character hats unless it's new, I will simply ignore the note.

Don't worry, you are the last commission I'm taking so you'll still be recieving your stuff. ^^

With this, I hope to have everything I've put off for far too long done soon and out the door ASAP. You will also be seeing quite a lot of new stuff from me, such as messenger bags, new plushies, cell phone straps, jewelry and many other exciting things.

Again, sorry for this, but monotony has gotten the better of me and I just can't do it anymore. There are plenty of other hat makers who will gladly take you orders.
